BEGINNER LEVEL

Mondays at 6:30 PM

Location: Cre8ive Space, Manhattan

Our Beginner Level class is designed for absolute beginners or anyone who wants to revisit and strengthen their foundations.

In this class, you’ll learn posture, basic technique, hip work, arm patterns, simple combinations, and musicality in a supportive and welcoming environment. We focus on building strong fundamentals while helping you feel confident and connected to the music.

No experience is necessary — just bring comfortable clothes and an open mind. This is the perfect place to start your bellydance journey.

Mondays at 7:30 PM

Location: Cre8ive Space, Manhattan

Our Open Level class is ideal for dancers with some experience who want to continue developing their technique, stamina, and performance skills.

Each session may include drills, layered combinations, traveling steps, and choreography work designed to challenge you while refining your control and expression.

This class is dynamic, empowering, and perfect for dancers who want to grow artistically and technically in a motivating group setting.

FOUNDATIONS & STAGE

  • 6:30 PM – Beginner Bellydance
    • For whom: Absolute beginners or those wanting to refine their foundation.
    • What you'll do: Learn posture, technique, and musicality from scratch. No experience needed.
  • 7:30 PM – Show Choreography (Open Level)
    • For whom: Dancers who want to shine on stage.
    • What you'll do: Dynamic routines designed for the stage and personal growth.

TECHNIQUE & STRENGTH

  • 6:30 PM – Flamenco (NEW with Brenda)
    • For whom: For those seeking strength, posture, and passion. No prior experience required.
    • The Plus: Connect with the Arab-Andalusian heritage and improve your stage presence.
  • 7:30 PM – Bellydance (Intermediate – Advanced)
    • For whom: Experienced dancers (1-2 years).
    • What you'll do: Refine your technique, increase difficulty, and explore complex combinations.
